Room Attendant

Overview

This position is based onsite and requires fluency in English. No formal educational qualifications such as degrees, certificates, or diplomas are necessary, although prior experience is considered an advantage.

Primary Duties

• Sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing flooring surfaces.
• Dusting furniture thoroughly to maintain cleanliness.
• Vacuuming carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furnishings.
• Making beds and replacing bed linens.
• Cleaning, disinfecting, and polishing kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• Sanitizing operating rooms and other designated areas.
• Managing lost and found items responsibly and reporting as needed.
• Responding promptly to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
• Laundering clothing and household linens efficiently.
• Addressing and resolving customer complaints or concerns courteously.
