Responsibilities
- Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing.
- Remove dust from furniture and surfaces.
- Prepare guest beds and replace used sheets with fresh linens.
- Replenish towels, toiletries, and other guest supplies.
- Maintain linen storage areas by restocking them.
- Sanitize and shine kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
- Clean and disinfect elevators.
- Respond to guest requests for extra items or supplies.
- Collect litter and empty waste bins.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally.
Credentials
A Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) certificate is required.
