Responsibilities

Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing.
Remove dust from furniture and surfaces.
Prepare guest beds and replace used sheets with fresh linens.
Replenish towels, toiletries, and other guest supplies.
Maintain linen storage areas by restocking them.
Sanitize and shine kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
Clean and disinfect elevators.
Respond to guest requests for extra items or supplies.
Collect litter and empty waste bins.
Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally.

Credentials

A Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) certificate is required.
