Role Purpose

The Room Attendant plays an essential role within the Housekeeping team, ensuring guest rooms are impeccably clean and every little detail receives attention. This position also involves working cooperatively with colleagues and assisting guests when needed, contributing to memorable hospitality experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Meticulously clean all guest room areas, including changing bed linens, sanitizing bathrooms, and wiping surfaces to create outstanding first impressions.
• Adhere strictly to established standards and procedures to maintain exceptional cleanliness.
• Keep housekeeping carts well-stocked and orderly for efficient operations.
• Handle cleaning products carefully while following all safety measures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Respect guests' privacy and security at all times to ensure their comfort.
• Promptly report any maintenance concerns to uphold a flawless guest experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in cleaning or room attendant duties is advantageous.
• Exhibit warm and friendly communication skills, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and co-workers alike.
• Possess keen attention to detail with effective time management and pride in work quality.
• Enjoy physical activity involved in moving between rooms, which may include maneuvering stairs and outdoor pathways.
