Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms assigned, including bed-making, bathroom sanitation, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Politely greet each guest and foster positive interactions.
• Report maintenance and upkeep issues to management and maintenance teams.
• Attend to special guest requests swiftly and courteously.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous room attendant experience is considered advantageous.
• Familiarity with various cleaning techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Capability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
