Role Summary
The hotel is hiring a detail-focused Room Attendant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this position, you will help keep guest rooms and shared spaces clean, orderly, and welcoming so that every guest enjoys a comfortable and memorable stay.
Key Duties
- Prepare and refresh guest rooms by changing beds, removing dust, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms thoroughly.
- Restock room and bathroom supplies such as toiletries, linens, and other guest essentials.
- Keep corridors, common areas, and back-of-house sections tidy and organized.
- Escalate repair needs, damage, or safety-related issues to the relevant team.
- Respond to guest questions and requests in a prompt, polite, and helpful manner.
- Follow hotel procedures, housekeeping standards, and safety rules at all times.
- Work closely with other departments to support smooth and consistent guest service.
- Monitor cleaning stock and inform supervisors when supplies are running low.
- Help with laundry tasks when required.
- Join ongoing training to stay current on housekeeping methods and updated procedures.
