Job Summary
This role involves managing risk-related activities including organizing risk identification workshops, maintaining risk registers, and ensuring accurate reporting plus timely monitoring of mitigation measures during the construction phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of the project's risk management plan and processes.
- Arrange and lead frequent risk identification and assessment sessions with project stakeholders.
- Monitor and follow up on mitigation and response tasks allocated to risk owners for prompt completion.
- Coordinate the generation of monthly risk reports and heat maps, including internal and client disclosures.
- Ensure adherence to client risk governance policies and standards.
- Observe early warning signals and escalate significant or critical risks as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a relevant educational qualification.
- Experience in risk administration within industrial or EPC/EPCM projects, preferably in mining, chemical, or phosphate sectors.
