About the role

This position is based at a mall booth and is centered on customer service, basic retail tasks, and assisting both business clients and individual customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the booth’s daily operations and keep activities running smoothly.
• Answer questions from businesses inside Citystars Mall and from external companies using the PUDO service.
• Coordinate business drop-offs and pickups, and process cash-out transactions when required.
• Help interested walk-in businesses get started with Bosta services without actively pushing sales.
• Support individual C2C customers by preparing parcels, including wrapping, adding flyers and detailed address labels, and arranging pickup.
• Deliver a positive, professional customer experience to every visitor.
• Handle occasional settlements or cash-out processes with partner businesses.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or a strong foundation in customer service.
• Comfort with basic financial handling, including transactions and settlements.
• Ability to run booth operations effectively while staying organized and professional.
