Position Overview
IPEKYOL is seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Specialist for the Dubai store to join their team and grow together in the fashion industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome customers, offer attentive assistance, and ensure their needs are promptly fulfilled while maintaining high-quality customer service standards.
- Support clients in making informed purchase decisions by recommending suitable products and suggesting gift vouchers when relevant.
- Continuously organize and restock merchandise, keeping the sales floor and shelves neat and presentable at all times.
- Monitor for potential security risks or thefts and promptly report incidents to management to prevent losses.
- Coordinate the arrangement and display of new stock under guidance from the Merchandiser or Shop Manager, including updating price tags during promotions.
- Actively promote and cross-sell products to achieve set hourly and daily sales targets.
- Notify the Department Manager about products that are out of stock or underperforming.
- Arrange merchandise strategically within sections based on sales patterns, product release dates, and Department Manager advice.
Candidate Profile
- Fluent in both English and Arabic languages.
- Possesses 2-3 years of relevant retail experience.
- Motivated self-starter with a positive mindset and professional sales capabilities.
- Strong customer orientation paired with excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Capability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Collaborative team player.
