About the Role
Prakashh Showroom in KK Market, Bibwewadi, Pune is seeking a Retail Sales Executive to join their team immediately. This role involves customer-facing sales within a fashion and clothing retail environment, providing personalized assistance and product recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers entering the showroom.
- Assist clients in selecting clothing and accessories tailored to their preferences.
- Comprehend customer needs to offer appropriate suggestions.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in retail sales, ideally within clothing or fashion showrooms.
- Strong communication and customer interaction abilities.
- Proficiency in Hindi and Marathi; basic English knowledge is beneficial.
- Enthusiastic about sales and committed to excellent service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving retail setting.
- Dependable, punctual, and presentable in appearance.
- Residency in Pune or readiness to join immediately.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary range from ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 depending on experience.
- Additional monthly performance bonuses between ₹2,000 and ₹3,000.
