Retail Executive - Mobile Buyback

About the Role

We are seeking dynamic Retail Sales Executives to join our team handling mobile, laptop, and consumer electronics buyback and sales in multiple retail outlets. Candidates with prior experience in reputed retail brands like Apple, Samsung, Vivo, Oppo, Xiaomi, Croma, Reliance Digital, Vijay Sales, Cashify, ControlZ, Imagine, or iVenus will be preferred. This role involves engaging with walk-in customers for device trade-ins and ensuring smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers visiting stores for exchanging their old devices.
• Inspect and assess the condition of mobiles, laptops, and tablets brought in for trade.
• Communicate exchange offers and values clearly to customers.
• Liaise with the backend team to obtain necessary approvals and process payments.
• Keep accurate records of devices and customer transactions.
• Oversee sales targets and manage operational activities across assigned store locations or clusters.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 1 to 2 years of professional experience within mobile retail, buyback services, or electronics retail environments.
• Have fundamental knowledge about mobile phones and laptops.
• Exhibit strong communication and persuasive abilities.
• Display a customer-oriented and sales-driven approach.
• Proficiency in Hindi and the respective local language is desirable.

Additional Preference

Candidates with specialization or familiarity with the Apple product ecosystem will be given priority.

Location

The position is based in Pili Kothi Cross Road Mall, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.

Compensation and Benefits

The monthly salary offered ranges from 20,000 to 30,000 INR.
