Retail Education Manager

Overview

The Retail Education Manager role involves the creation and delivery of training programs that boost both product knowledge and sales skills of retail teams. This position focuses on ensuring team members provide outstanding customer service while fulfilling commercial goals through initiatives such as onboarding, product education, sales skill enhancement, and ongoing coaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement a retail education strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
• Enhance selling skills to elevate customer interactions, increase sales conversions, average transaction values, and foster client loyalty.
• Regularly visit retail locations to assess team performance and provide targeted coaching.
• Develop structured learning paths tailored for new employees, current staff, and leadership personnel.
• Conduct engaging brand introduction sessions that highlight the organization’s heritage, values, and luxury market positioning.
• Train retail associates in client relationship management, cross-selling techniques, and crafting personalized shopping experiences.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 6 to 8 years of experience in retail training specifically within luxury or high-end consumer brands.
• Deep knowledge of luxury retail operations, customer experience practices, and store management.
• Strong communication abilities coupled with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated capability to engage constructively and professionally across all organizational levels.
