Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the restaurant team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Support and nurture a fun, flexible, and productive working atmosphere.
• Ensure the restaurant operates smoothly during shifts, particularly during busy nights and weekends.
• Uphold health, safety, and food quality standards.
• Assist in training and developing team members through continuous learning programs.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills and strong problem-solving capability.
• Willingness and ability to work evening and weekend shifts when business demand is highest.
• Capacity to lift or move items up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
