About the Role
Join Tim Hortons UK & Ireland Ltd., a growing quick service restaurant chain known for authentic Canadian hospitality, now expanding in the UK and looking to build a dedicated team. Based in Market Street, Western Australia, this role offers full-time and part-time positions with hourly pay at or above the National Minimum Wage. The company is committed to customer-centric service and plans to open many new locations across the UK over the next decade.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet every customer warmly with a genuine smile and friendly attitude.
- Provide quick, courteous, and accurate service to all guests.
- Handle straightforward customer questions and escalate complex issues to management.
- Prepare and store food following Health & Safety and audit requirements, maintaining cleanliness of preparation areas.
- Conduct and document temperature checks according to company policy.
- Perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks based on the cleaning schedule.
- Adhere to critical standards regarding product quality, service speed, and sanitation protocols.
- Meet restaurant performance standards for all workstations under the direction of shift managers.
- Understand and contribute to restaurant goals and targets through your actions.
- Keep operational and kitchen areas clean, well-stocked, and comfortable to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Report any workplace accidents, near misses, injuries, or illnesses promptly.
- Follow all instructions and procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as directed.
Applicant Criteria
Ideal candidates are positive team players with prior experience in customer service in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus are essential. Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, is required. A genuine passion for delivering great customer service and enthusiasm for coffee will set you apart.
