Restaurant Team Member

Role Overview

The Restaurant Team Member supports day-to-day restaurant operations by preparing menu items and drinks, delivering friendly guest service, and keeping the work area clean, safe, and well organized. The role reports to the Restaurant Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out brand procedures, recipes, and operational routines consistently.
• Prepare food and beverages to the required quality and safety standards.
• Assemble orders accurately and package them for guests.
• Know the menu well, including limited-time items and promotions, so guest questions can be answered confidently.
• Keep the workstation tidy, stocked, and orderly throughout the shift.
• Clean equipment, service zones, and guest-facing areas as needed.
• Restock essentials such as cups, lids, and other workstation supplies.
• Take orders at the drive-thru or front counter and process payments when required.
• Work quickly while maintaining accuracy and meeting service-time expectations.
• Interact with guests in a courteous, service-oriented manner.
• Support a strong guest-first atmosphere across the restaurant.
• Communicate clearly with managers and teammates to keep operations running smoothly.
• Organize and maintain the stock room and refrigerated storage areas.

Education and Experience

No prior education or experience is required for this position.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Extended periods of standing are expected.
• The job involves repetitive movements such as bending, stooping, and reaching.
• May require lifting up to 20 lbs, including boxes, ice, and product, where applicable.
• Work may take place in a compact space.
