Role Overview
Infinity Lifestyle Management & Concierge ILMC seeks a polished and service-oriented Residential Receptionist & Concierge to join their luxury residential tower team in Dubai. This full-time, onsite position demands a professional attitude with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail to adeptly assist residents, guests, and multiple internal teams.
Core Responsibilities
- Greet residents, visitors, and guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
- Oversee reception desk operations, including answering calls, responding to emails, and handling resident inquiries.
- Manage resident requests, address complaints, and ensure timely follow-up on services.
- Collaborate with property management, security, facilities, maintenance teams, and external vendors for seamless operations.
- Facilitate bookings for amenities, meeting rooms, and other building-related reservations.
- Receive, document, store, and coordinate packages and delivery notifications.
- Support move-in procedures, conduct resident orientations, and provide general tenant assistance.
- Arrange concierge services such as dining reservations, transportation, dry cleaning, courier services, gift and flower delivery, and other lifestyle requests.
- Keep accurate records including handover notes, logs, reports, and service documentation.
- Maintain an organized, presentable, and welcoming reception and lobby environment.
- Respect confidentiality and adhere to high standards of professionalism and grooming.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- At least two years’ experience in reception, concierge, front office, guest relations, customer service, facilities coordination, or property services.
- Working knowledge in luxury residential towers, commercial towers, hotels, serviced residences, or premium hospitality settings.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is beneficial.
- Strong customer service aptitude with problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Professional appearance, grooming standards, and etiquette.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic reporting/logging tools.
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure under stress.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
- Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to work effectively within a structured team.
Preferred Credentials
- Experience in five-star hotels, luxury residential or serviced residences, or high-end front desk roles.
- Understanding of concierge best practices and VIP service standards.
- Experience coordinating with facilities, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and property management teams.
- Good knowledge of Dubai’s restaurants, transport options, lifestyle services, and local attractions.
