Role Overview

We are currently hiring a Project Developer who possesses architectural design expertise. The individual will collaborate with prospective clients to grasp their requirements, desires, and budgetary limits. Responsibilities include formulating project scopes, design programs, schematic plans, and specific architectural details via CAD technology. The role also involves contributing to project estimation and successfully selling the design solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to identify and distinguish between their needs and wants while respecting budgetary constraints.
• Develop precise work scopes and initial designs that surpass client expectations.
• Create schematic design plans and architectural details such as crown moldings and built-in shelving using CAD.
• Assist in the estimating process and promote projects to prospective clients.
• Apply creative space planning techniques to enhance value, comfort, and highlight areas of the home through effective space and lighting utilization.
• Read and draft blueprints proficiently.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with residential architectural design, ideally supported by certification.
• Proficiency in using CAD software for drafting and designing floor plans and architectural details.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills, demonstrating professionalism, organization, and clarity.
• Ability to creatively solve spatial challenges to optimize home environments.
• Strong technical expertise paired with an outgoing personality to effectively connect with clients.
