About the Company
Red Sea Global Hospitality is focused on shaping a new standard of hospitality through responsible development and regenerative tourism. The organization is built around four core principles: Respect, Responsibility, Passion, and Collaboration. It aims to deliver memorable guest experiences, create an inspiring workplace, and contribute to the growth of luxury hospitality in Saudi Arabia.
Role Overview
As a Reservations Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the reservations function, ensuring smooth operations, strong service quality, and effective revenue support. You will guide Reservations Agents, maintain accurate booking records, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless booking journey for guests.
The position is part of the Sales department and reports to the Reservations Manager. It requires close collaboration with Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management, Events, and Housekeeping to support occupancy, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Your work will include supervising reservation handling across multiple channels, supporting team performance, managing booking changes, and ensuring that guest information and reservation data remain accurate and secure. You will also help optimize room inventory, support pricing and upselling initiatives, and resolve escalated guest concerns professionally.
Working Scope
This role requires a hands-on leader who can coach and develop team members, review reports and performance metrics, assist with forecasting and occupancy planning, and step in as acting department lead when the Reservations Manager is unavailable.
Additional Expectations
You are expected to follow departmental policies, standard operating procedures, data privacy rules, quality requirements, and confidentiality standards at all times. The role also involves contributing to budgeting efficiency, process improvement, and other operational needs as required.
Benefits
Red Sea Global Hospitality offers development opportunities at different career stages, a competitive compensation package, access to exclusive hospitality perks and complimentary nights, health insurance during employment, an inclusive work culture, and employee recognition initiatives.
Accessibility and Equal Opportunity
The employer welcomes applicants from diverse backgrounds and is committed to inclusion, equal opportunity, and reasonable recruitment adjustments where needed.
Terms and Notes
Responsibilities listed for this position are not exhaustive and may evolve based on business needs. The organization expects employees to contribute beyond the core list of duties when required to support guests, colleagues, and operations.
