About the Role

The Irish Cancer Society seeks a Research Support Coordinator for a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. This full-time position (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm) operates under a hybrid working model, requiring on-site presence in the Dublin 4 office on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head of Research in managing daily activities within a busy research department.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proficient with technology and computer applications such as databases, spreadsheets, word processing, email, internet, and electronic research management systems.
  • Demonstrated event planning and coordination capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience generating reports.
