About the Role
ABD Talent is looking for attentive and motivated Research Analysts to join our expanding team remotely. This position focuses on US Non-IT Staffing and requires 1-3 years of relevant experience. The working hours are from 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM IST.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential client organizations within the US market.
- Gather and validate contact details of hiring managers and decision-makers.
- Create and maintain precise prospect databases by utilizing LinkedIn, job portals, and other online research resources.
- Spot companies with ongoing hiring needs and staffing possibilities.
- Provide the Business Development team with qualified leads to support their efforts.
