About the Role
We are seeking a customer-oriented, proactive support professional to join a growing team in a fully remote capacity. The position focuses on delivering responsive assistance, handling customer questions, and communicating clearly through several support channels.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering a strong service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer questions by email, live chat, and phone in a courteous and prompt way.
- Share accurate details about products, services, policies, and internal processes.
- Support customers with account-related questions, order status updates, troubleshooting, and general service needs.
- Offer calm, empathetic, and practical solutions that help create a positive experience.
- Look into customer issues and work toward efficient resolution.
- Escalate more complex cases to the relevant internal teams when required.
- Record customer conversations and outcomes accurately in the CRM.
- Follow up with customers to make sure their concerns have been fully addressed.
- Develop positive customer relationships through clear, friendly, and professional communication.
- Collect feedback from customers and pass along insights that can improve products and services.
- Help improve retention by consistently providing high-quality support.
- Work with teammates to maintain a customer-first team culture.
- Use CRM systems, support tools, and communication platforms effectively.
- Maintain accurate and current customer records.
- Assist with FAQs, internal knowledge resources, and support documentation.
- Follow company procedures and quality expectations to keep service consistent.
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Solid problem-solving ability with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a busy environment.
- Professional, reliable, patient, and detail-focused.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Comfort working independently in a remote setup.
- Prior exposure to CRM platforms and customer support tools is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or comparable productivity software.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.
