Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct coaching sessions online through LiftTalk's mobile application, aiding clients with relationship and communication difficulties.
- Offer empathetic and non-judgmental support to help navigate conflicts, emotional disconnects, and life changes.
- Apply evidence-based coaching techniques to enhance intimacy, trust, and emotional awareness.
- Guide clients in establishing healthy boundaries, enhancing communication skills, and fostering self-awareness.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism with a client-centered approach throughout all interactions.
Compensation
As an independent contractor, you will receive competitive commissions based on sessions conducted. Detailed compensation information will be provided during onboarding.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Possesses certification or equivalent experience in relationship, life, or communication coaching.
- Demonstrated experience in relationship coaching, improving dating confidence, or managing family dynamics.
- Exhibits exceptional listening abilities, empathy, and problem-solving aptitude.
- Dedicated to supporting clients in achieving significant and lasting personal growth.
- Preferably skilled in client acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Comfortable using technology for text, voice, and video coaching sessions through a mobile app.
