Qualifications and Experience

• Proven senior leadership experience in the financial services sector, ideally with regional or multi-office oversight
• Successful background as a financial advisor or in managing advisor teams
• Exceptional skills in recruiting, coaching, and guiding high-achieving professionals
• Ability to think strategically and convert visions into actionable plans
• Strong knowledge of compliance, financial planning, and wealth management principles
