Regional Supply Chain Analyst - Southeast Asia

About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Supply Chain Analyst to support supply chain operations across Southeast Asia. This position is responsible for enhancing supply chain visibility, performing performance analytics, managing operational reporting, and coordinating cross-functional activities to maintain business continuity and deliver superior service throughout the SEA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor supply chain performance, inventory status, service levels, and operational risks within a complex, multi-border chemical distribution network.
• Examine supply constraints, analyze regional transaction flows, and assess business impact, providing data-driven insights to assist corporate decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal operations teams, external clients, local logistics coordinators, and international offices to troubleshoot operational issues and enhance end-to-end fulfillment processes.
• Create and maintain automated KPI dashboards, interactive reporting tools, and performance tracking solutions to improve operational transparency across the SEA supply chain.
• Perform root cause analysis, trend evaluation, scenario planning, and routine performance assessments to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead initiatives for process improvement, workflow automation, optimization of reporting, and standardization of master data.
• Contribute to digital transformation projects utilizing Power BI, Power Automate, custom ticketing workflows, and enhancements to operational reporting.
• Support governance frameworks, Corrective and Preventive Actions (RCA/CAPA), and ongoing continuous improvement efforts within the regional third-party logistics and distribution network.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Possess a degree or equivalent practical experience, paired with 2 to 4 years of expertise in business analytics and process improvement.
• Strong grasp of end-to-end supply chain workflows, distributor network functions, and operational performance metrics.
• Experience engaging with regional stakeholders and working within multi-country operational environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to interpret complex transactional datasets into actionable business intelligence.
• Practical experience using business intelligence platforms, data analytics, artificial intelligence applications, and data visualization tools.
