About the Company
Baazeem Trading Company is looking to hire a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to take charge of sales growth and operational performance across the assigned territory. This position calls for someone who can strengthen the regional sales network, improve team productivity, widen market reach, and nurture durable partnerships with important customers across Retail, Wholesale, Discount, and Modern Trade channels.
About the Role
In this role, you will manage sales activities across Saudi Arabia with a strong focus on meeting revenue and profitability goals while building a capable and motivated sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Guide, mentor, and build up the regional sales team so they consistently meet sales and profitability objectives.
- Create and implement regional sales plans that support broader company goals.
- Accelerate revenue growth across Retail, Wholesale, Discount, and Modern Trade business channels.
- Develop and sustain trusted relationships with major customers, distributors, and key account partners.
- Spot new business prospects and broaden market presence in the assigned region.
- Track sales results, KPIs, and market movements, and take corrective measures when needed.
- Work closely with Category, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance functions to ensure smooth execution.
- Carry out regular field visits to assist the sales team, review implementation, and deepen customer relationships.
- Build accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Follow competitor pricing, promotions, and market changes to uncover new growth avenues.
- Make sure company policies and sales standards are followed.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar discipline.
- 7 to 10 years of FMCG sales background, with at least 3 years spent in a Regional Sales Manager or comparable leadership position.
- Hands-on experience leading sales teams across Retail, Wholesale, Discount, and Modern Trade channels.
- Solid understanding of the Saudi FMCG landscape and distribution structure.
- Proven capability in shaping and delivering effective sales strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams.
- Good negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication and presentation abilities; Arabic is an added advantage.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools/systems.
- Must hold a valid Saudi driving license and be willing to travel frequently within the assigned region.
