Key Duties

• Lead retail activities across Southeast Asian countries to achieve sustained growth in sales and profitability.
• Formulate and implement retail strategies at the regional level, tailoring them to fit local market nuances.
• Mentor, motivate, and develop Store Managers and retail staff to reach superior performance levels.
• Ensure an outstanding client experience by upholding the highest standards in luxury retail presentation and service.
• Assess business metrics, spot growth opportunities, and execute initiatives to optimize commercial outcomes.
• Collaborate with departments such as Marketing, Merchandising, HR, and Corporate Headquarters to fulfill business goals.
• Frequently travel throughout the region to directly support markets, empower teams, and enhance retail operations.
