About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support and enhance our hiring operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver recruiting administrative support aligned with established processes, standards, and systems.
  • Coordinate ad hoc and intensive 'Power-day' interview scheduling.
  • Act as the main scheduling liaison between candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and finalize interview timings effectively.
  • Host and manage daily onsite interviews to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters for flawless interview process execution.

  • Manage travel logistics and communications among candidates, recruiters, and travel partners.

Minimum Qualifications
