Our focused team of seven consultants each target specific vertical markets, encompassing Temporary/Contracting, Permanent, and Executive recruitment services. This specialization allows us to provide deep expertise beyond a generic approach. Currently, we are growing our Non-Mining and Mining Adjacent team within Perth, strengthening our local presence.

Your Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will thrive within an energetic, high-achieving team that values people — clients and candidates alike. You will actively participate in client meetings, predominantly in key industrial hubs across Perth such as Welshpool, Kewdale, Henderson, Osborne Park, and Wanneroo. Your candidate engagements will focus on levels ranging from junior to senior across Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Marine & Defence, Transport & Logistics, Civil Construction & Infrastructure, and Commercial Construction sectors.

Your daily tasks will involve a healthy balance of cold and warm business development, managing ongoing client and candidate interactions, overseeing multiple job openings simultaneously, attending industry networking events, and eventually hosting your own professional gatherings.

Ideal candidates possess previous experience in agency recruitment and are seeking career advancement toward roles like Senior Consultant or Account Manager. To be successful, you must demonstrate resilience in a demanding industry, strong persuasion and presentation abilities across various forums, effective planning and organization to manage multiple priorities, a collaborative team spirit, and genuine curiosity about people and business operations to foster meaningful relationships.
