Recruitment Consultant

Role overview

Aurrum Services is hiring a motivated Recruitment Consultant to manage the full hiring cycle for clients in the US and UK. This role is based in Iscon, Ahmedabad and requires someone who can deliver results in a fast-paced, target-oriented recruitment environment.

Work schedule

• UK shift timing: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete recruitment process for US and UK client mandates.
• Find suitable talent using LinkedIn RPS, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
• Review applications, screen profiles, and evaluate candidates against role requirements.
• Arrange interviews and stay in touch with both candidates and hiring teams.
• Develop and sustain a strong talent network for ongoing hiring needs.
• Manage hiring across IT, fintech, and engineering positions.
• Drive closures within deadlines and work toward recruitment targets.
• Keep candidate records updated accurately in the CRM or other tracking system.

Must-have requirements

• Practical experience using LinkedIn RPS (Recruiter Professional Services).
• Strong sourcing background for hiring in US and/or UK markets.
• Clear communication and strong people-handling skills.
• Comfort working in a performance-based, target-driven setup.
