About the Role
This full-time, onsite recruiting position is based at Manpower's branch office located in Newark, Delaware on Continental Drive. As a recruiter with Manpower, you will build your career by engaging in continuous and meaningful career conversations, utilizing tools to enhance self-discovery, and developing expertise in the sought-after field of recruiting.

Key Responsibilities
- Utilize your network and Manpower's technology platforms to source and connect with diverse candidates seeking new positions
- Understand candidate skills and align them with appropriate and enticing job opportunities
- Serve clients by delivering top talent and collaborate consultatively to address their workforce needs
- Meet performance goals through a proactive, goal-oriented, and adaptable approach in a dynamic industry
- Build genuine relationships with candidates, clients, and associates to foster loyalty and increase placement rates
- Engage existing talent in Manpower’s development programs preparing them for future roles
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment
- Possession of a High School Diploma
