About the Role
This recruiting position focuses on identifying exceptional talent, developing robust candidate networks, and enhancing the hiring journey to ensure an outstanding candidate experience. The role involves managing the entire recruitment process, collaborating closely with hiring managers, and maintaining professional communication with candidates throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment from initial intake discussions to offer acceptance.
- Work alongside hiring managers to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and timeline expectations.
- Craft and refine job postings to attract applicants across diverse platforms.
- Provide data-driven recruitment insights and recommendations to hiring teams.
- Source candidates via platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, Boolean searches, and niche job sites.
- Develop pipelines of both active and passive candidates to fill multiple openings efficiently.
- Conduct targeted outreach campaigns and perform talent mapping and market analysis.
- Carry out structured phone and video interviews assessing experience, communication, technical abilities, cultural fit, and aspirations.
- Apply behavioral and competency-based interview techniques and administer assessments when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of interviews within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Manage transparent communication with candidates, ensuring timely updates, preparation assistance, and professional follow-up messages.
- Coordinate interviews involving different time zones and provide interview coaching to candidates.
- Facilitate gathering of hiring feedback and support decision-making discussions.
- Prepare and extend employment offers, assist in compensation negotiations, and coordinate onboarding logistics.
- Ensure accurate ATS documentation and track recruiting metrics like time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, and conversion rates.
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
Prerequisites
- At least two years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or headhunting roles.
- Proven expertise managing full life-cycle recruiting operations.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, or iCIMS.
- Solid skills in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search methods, and multiple job boards.
- Strong interviewing capabilities with proficiency in evaluating candidates thoroughly.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent hiring pipelines effectively.
