Key Responsibilities

• Conduct debt recovery tasks including evaluating and writing off uncollectible debts.
• Use sound commercial judgement to assess equity, risk exposures, and potential outcomes of legal actions while managing associated costs effectively.
• Oversee legal recovery procedures in collaboration with external solicitors and collection agencies.
• Negotiate and establish payment plans with customers, ensuring monitoring and compliance.
• Maintain precise records by reconciling payments and invoices.
• Evaluate customers for ongoing trade through analysis of payment histories, credit bureau reports, and other financial data.
• Contribute to risk management activities, including credit limit reviews and identifying indicators of possible fraud.
