Saaol Heart Care is a distinguished institution pioneering non-invasive heart treatment methods that focus on enhancing cardiac health through preventive care rather than surgical intervention like bypass or angioplasty.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk duties including answering telephone calls, managing email correspondence, and handling general communication.
- Accurately and promptly perform data entry using relevant computer applications.
- Track office supply inventory and arrange for timely restocking as required.
- Provide administrative assistance encompassing filing, photocopying, and scanning activities to support the team.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience ranging from freshers to one year in receptionist or related roles is acceptable.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
- Basic computer literacy is required; knowledge of operating systems and familiarity with MS Office programs will be advantageous.
