Overview
National Dental Clinic is looking for a Receptionist to support front-desk operations at its Bengaluru location. The organization is part of National Dental Care, a major dental healthcare network with more than 15 clinics across Hyderabad and Bangalore, focused on delivering patient-first oral care supported by modern technology.
Role Summary
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a smooth and professional reception experience while keeping front-office activities organized.
Key Duties
- Oversee day-to-day reception desk activities.
- Welcome guests and manage their check-in and check-out process.
- Keep visitor and guest records accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with housekeeping when service requests are raised.
- Answer incoming calls and relay messages appropriately.
