Real Estate Sales Executive

Role overview

Vision VVK Housing India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive who can work toward sales goals, build client relationships, and support the full property-selling process. This role focuses on lead generation, customer interaction, property explanation, site visit coordination, and successful deal closure.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new leads and keep in regular contact with prospects.
• Reach out to clients through phone calls and in-person meetings.
• Present property specifications, pricing details, and available payment plans in a clear manner.
• Coordinate site visits and support clients during property inspections.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Handle negotiations and work toward closing property transactions.
• Update sales records and maintain an organized client database.
• Work consistently toward monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or field sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong persuasive skills and a results-focused attitude.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market will be an advantage.
• Own bike and a valid driving licence are preferred.

Compensation and benefits

The role offers commission earnings of up to ₹99,000 per deal, along with performance-based incentives. Additional benefits include commission up to ₹80,000 per closure, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive work atmosphere.
