About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Dubai offering commission-based remuneration along with performance bonuses. The role focuses on managing the sales and lettings of residential properties within Dubai's real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather detailed information about properties and coordinate the creation of suitable marketing materials.
• Stay updated on current regulations and rules affecting the residential property market in Dubai.
• Conduct and attend property valuations to assess market value.
• Organize and participate in property viewings for potential clients.
• Negotiate with buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords from the viewing stage through to final offers.
• Track the progress of sales and lettings by collaborating with the Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory teams.
• Maintain regular follow-up communication with clients after each viewing.
• Monitor local market trends to inform sales strategies.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking and utilizing the company’s client database.
• Coordinate with banks, mortgage consultants, surveyors, sales progressors, and other associated real estate agencies during transactions.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proficient verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong ability to network and build relationships.
