Primary Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and returning clients by understanding their property requirements and guiding them seamlessly through the buying process.
- Conduct property showings across Dubai, highlighting a diverse portfolio of luxury residential listings.
- Negotiate and close transactions with a focus on client satisfaction and protecting their best interests.
- Carry out continuous market research to stay informed about prevailing trends, pricing, and regulatory changes in the Dubai real estate market.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening and transparent communication, to build trust and rapport.
- Previous sales experience, especially in client-engagement roles, is advantageous but not mandatory; motivation and eagerness to learn are highly valued.
- Possessing a valid driving license is strongly preferred due to frequent property visits; assistance in converting an existing license locally will be provided.
- No prior real estate experience required, as comprehensive training and mentorship are included.
