Overview
We are seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team located in Phaltan, Maharashtra. Candidates with ITI, Diploma, or BE qualifications in Mechanical, Production, or Automobile engineering are encouraged to apply. Both freshers and individuals with up to three years of relevant work experience are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections at various production stages including incoming, in-process, and final inspection.
- Perform both visual and dimensional inspection to ensure product quality.
- Utilize measuring tools such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Height Gauge effectively.
- Detect defects and accurately document quality inspection reports.
- Interpret engineering drawings to verify adherence to product specifications.
- Comply with established quality standards and safety protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in quality inspection procedures.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Experience using various measuring instruments.
- Basic understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Strong attention to detail.
