Quality Control Manager (Food Service)

About the Role

Sitaf, a distinguished importer and distributor of premium food products based in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager. This pivotal new role involves creating and leading the entire Quality Management and Food Safety systems across the organization from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and establish the company's Quality Management System (QMS) from scratch.
• Create and implement quality procedures, policies, and operational standards.
• Ensure adherence to HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and SFDA regulations.
• Oversee quality control processes in warehousing, logistics, supplier relations, and distribution.
• Lead audits, inspections, traceability efforts, and manage corrective actions.
• Foster a strong culture of food safety and quality throughout the organization.
• Collaborate closely with operations, procurement, warehouse, and commercial divisions.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in Food Service, HoReCa, or Premium Food Distribution sectors.
• Profound knowledge of international food safety standards.
• Strong leadership capabilities along with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to establish structured processes within a rapidly growing company.
• Fluent in English communication.
