Quality Assurance Specialist

Role overview

DSV, a global transport and logistics company, is hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist in Singapore. This full-time, on-site role focuses on strengthening quality across warehouse operations, transportation, and last-mile delivery.

What you will do

• Set up and maintain quality assurance procedures and standards for warehouse, transport, and last-mile delivery work.
• Carry out scheduled checks and audits on logistics activities, stock handling, and packaging quality.
• Examine quality problems such as incorrect shipments, product damage, delivery delays, and process non-compliance, then identify root causes and define corrective actions.
• Work closely with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to resolve quality concerns.
• Keep complete and accurate documentation of inspections, audits, incidents, and improvement measures.
• Track adherence to internal SOPs, customer expectations, and applicable regulations.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts aimed at lowering errors, improving packaging standards, and making logistics flows more efficient.
• Assist with onboarding and training operations teams on quality standards and procedures.
• Prepare and share quality performance data such as damage rate, mis-pick rate, and claim frequency, and use the findings to support better performance.
