Role Overview

The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for supervising all quality assurance and control measures, ensuring that products, materials, and projects meet the specified contractual and industry standards. This role is crucial in promoting ongoing quality enhancements throughout the company’s operations.

Key Duties

• Create and apply procedures for quality assurance and quality control.
• Perform inspections during project execution and production processes.
• Review technical documents, drawings, and maintain quality records.
• Coordinate inspections and testing of materials.
• Ensure contractors and suppliers adhere to quality standards.
• Analyze quality defects and enforce corrective measures.
• Generate quality reports and key performance metrics.
• Conduct internal audits and assist with external audit processes.
• Guarantee adherence to ISO standards and client requirements.
• Promote continuous operational improvement initiatives.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and inspection logbooks.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in quality assurance and quality control roles.
• Deep knowledge of ISO quality management systems.
• Background in engineering, construction, or manufacturing environments.
• Proficient in inspection and testing protocols.
• Strong skills in analysis and documentation.
• Obtaining Lead Auditor or similar quality certifications is a plus.
• Proficient English communication skills are essential.
