Role Overview
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is accountable for managing company interactions with government entities, ensuring compliance with prevailing regulations, and serving as the primary contact between the business and governmental authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the company's representative for all government-related transactions and communications.
- Coordinate and process the submission and collection of required documents from government departments.
- Maintain and monitor the status of all government applications and paperwork.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of corporate information in all administrative tasks.
- Keep abreast of developments in UAE labor laws, immigration policies, and relevant government regulations.
- Offer guidance and assistance to employees regarding government procedures and documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, government agencies, and external parties to facilitate smooth government-related operations.
Educational and Professional Requirements
- Must be a UAE National possessing a valid UAE Passport and Family Book.
- Minimum education level of a High School Certificate or its equivalent.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English, including written and spoken communication skills.
- Able to maintain professional relationships with various government bodies and internal stakeholders.
Work Environment
- Position is based at the Head Office located in Sharjah.
- This is an on-site role requiring the candidate’s presence at the workplace.
