We seek a dedicated Psychologist (m/f/d) who will contribute to our newly opening, modern center in 2027. Our facility emphasizes high-quality care across rehabilitation, prevention, follow-up care, employee assistance programs, therapeutic treatments, and self-pay services focusing on orthopedics and psychosomatics.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing counseling to patients and their families in individual and group therapy settings
• Guiding patients through pain, stress, and illness management; facilitating relaxation and smoking cessation training
• Handling challenging situations using crisis intervention and conversational leadership methods
• Enhancing health awareness through engaging keynote presentations
• Collaborating effectively with colleagues within our interdisciplinary team

Qualifications and Experience

• Completed degree in psychology (Diploma or Master’s)
• Experience with patient interaction is desirable but not mandatory
• Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork capability, and excellent organizational ability
• Open to both newcomers aiming to gain practical experience and experienced professionals eager to broaden their expertise
• Motivated by witnessing incremental progress in patient treatment outcomes
