Proposal Advisor

Join us in Queensland as a Proposal Advisor and play a pivotal role in crafting high-quality, winning proposals within our Pursuits & Proposals team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal activities throughout Queensland, managing documentation from start to final submission.
• Design and implement proposal action plans to ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
• Assist in developing engaging proposal presentations.
• Collaborate with technical contributors to ensure proposals are targeted, relevant, and well-structured.
• Enhance and maintain internal knowledge repositories, content libraries, and proposal management systems.
• Uphold branding standards as a brand ambassador, ensuring submissions are visually appealing and of high quality.
• Contribute to refining bidding processes by incorporating feedback and lessons learned to improve future proposals.
• Work closely with Market Leaders, Relationship Managers, and technical teams to support proposal development.
• Participate in special projects, including knowledge management and AI integration initiatives.
• Mentor and support colleagues, especially those involved in Direct Workshare roles.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least five years of experience in a comparable role within professional services or corporate settings.
• Excellent written and oral communication capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and expertise in preparing print-quality graphics is advantageous but not required.
• Ability to utilize AI tools to streamline daily tasks and enhance productivity.
• A proactive learner who embraces challenges and seeks continuous growth through experimentation.
• Strong client focus, anticipating needs and delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to build trust and confidence by valuing contributions and demonstrating integrity.
