Role Overview

As a Project Manager at Leapfrog, you will collaborate closely with engineers to formulate and implement project plans. Your role involves translating complex business challenges into manageable tasks to propel product development. Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with project management tools and methodologies; at least 1 year in project management if previously involved in software development.
  • Proven experience managing medium-complexity projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali; adept at client interactions.
  • Strong familiarity with Agile development practices.
  • Technical background or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies is preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities including multitasking and attention to detail.
  • PMP or Scrum certification is advantageous.
  • Well-developed project planning and change management skills, including client and team negotiation abilities.
