Project Manager

Overview

This role is offered on behalf of a partner company and requires the candidate to be based in the United States. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects adhering to technical and quality standards as well as organizational objectives and project management methodologies.
• Oversee project timetables, resource allocation, budgets, and deliverables ensuring projects finish within scope and deadlines.
• Create and maintain detailed project installation plans, procedures, schedules, documentation, and reporting systems.
• Coordinate efforts between engineers, installation teams, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate efficient project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, manage issues, handle changes, and account for dependencies.
• Review project specifications and collaborate with technical personnel for successful completion.
• Prepare and manage change orders, project updates, forecasts, and all necessary administrative records.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, managing concerns and expectations.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear progress updates, aligning customers, internal teams, and senior management.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality assurance standards, industry rules, and company protocols.
• Guide and mentor project team members, delegate duties effectively, foster professional growth, and promote teamwork.
• Evaluate and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and overall project performance.
• Deliver project status reports, revenue forecasts, staffing requirements, and performance analytics to senior leadership.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma is mandatory; bachelor's degree in construction management, project management, personnel management, or a related discipline is preferred.
• At least 3 years in a Project Manager role plus 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience managing technical, construction, security, communication, or installation projects is strongly favored.
• Proven capabilities in handling project scopes, schedules, budgets, resources, risk management, and multiple concurrent priorities.
• Certification such as CAPM or PMP is required, or candidates should be actively seeking such credentials.
• Competency with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and related project management tools.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, analytical, and decision-making skills.
