Position Overview: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and oversee quotations
• Coordinate, implement, and monitor project progress
• Perform risk and opportunity evaluations
• Manage resource allocation and collaborate with departmental experts
• Develop and maintain stakeholder analyses
• Create and update system profiles for project setup and database access rights
• Prepare comprehensive project manuals and summaries
• Conduct project controlling and monthly cost-to-completion reviews
• Draft and maintain detailed project plans
• Generate internal project orders
• Track hour usage and overall project advancement
• Compile project completion documentation
• Lead project kick-off and review meetings
• Manage coordination and supervision of department work orders
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders including subcontractors and clients
• Prepare and verify delivery documentation
• Handle UAN management tasks

Requirements

• Degree or vocational qualification complemented by technician training in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in project management
• Industry knowledge in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and defence technology
• English proficiency at EFSET Level C1 for handling English documentation
• German language skills at least at C1 level or native proficiency
