Role Overview

The position of Project Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is a full-time onsite role responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of e-learning and platform development projects. Key duties include strategic planning, scheduling, and allocation of resources, as well as coordinating cross-functional teams to meet project milestones. The manager must oversee timelines, track deliverables, mitigate risks, communicate effectively with stakeholders, generate progress reports, and address challenges affecting project scope, finances, or quality. Additionally, the role involves optimizing project processes and standardizing workflows to support the ongoing enhancement of Vision Academy's educational offerings.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong expertise in all facets of project management: planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder liaison
• Practical experience in expediting processes to ensure timely completion of project elements and materials
• Knowledge of inspection procedures to validate quality, compliance, and specification adherence
• Competence in logistics management to efficiently coordinate resources, timelines, and operations
• A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or closely related fields
• Familiarity with project management software tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving talents
• Strong English communication skills—both written and spoken—with Arabic language skills considered a plus
• Demonstrated capacity to collaborate with diverse teams in fast-paced environments
• Preferred experience in e-learning, educational technologies, or digital product development
