Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct multiple projects from start through completion, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are strictly met while aligning program plans with organizational goals.
• Drive process excellence initiatives by designing, re-engineering, and implementing processes that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across projects and programs.
• Oversee governance, risk management, and compliance, ensuring all projects follow established frameworks and protocols, particularly within large compliance programs for offshore delivery centers (ODCs) or global captive centers (GCCs).
• Leverage data analytics tools and methodologies to support decision-making, monitor project progress, and highlight areas for continuous improvement, backed by an operational background especially in transaction processing.
• Manage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders and teams, fostering a culture focused on teamwork and ongoing enhancement of processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related discipline is essential; a master's degree is advantageous.
• Between 4 to 7 years' proven experience in project and program management, demonstrating a history of successful delivery.
• Strong leadership capabilities coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PgMP are preferred.
