Project Manager

Role overview

Leader Investment Group (LIG) is hiring a Project Manager in Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, onsite position focused on end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and disciplined control of scope, time, budget, and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the full project lifecycle, from launch and planning through execution and final handover.
• Create and maintain detailed plans covering timelines, budgets, and resource assignments.
• Guide cross-functional teams so work is completed on time and to the expected standard.
• Track ongoing progress, spot risks or blockers early, and apply corrective or preventive actions.
• Make sure deliverables meet client expectations, contractual commitments, and relevant government rules.
• Act as the main contact for the client, project stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Draft and deliver regular updates, status summaries, performance indicators, and executive-level reports.
• Control scope, schedule, and cost changes through structured change management practices.
• Work closely with technical, operational, and support groups to keep implementation smooth and coordinated.

Qualifications and experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Database Management, Statistics, or another related field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience managing government-sector projects is needed, with preference for contact center or call center projects.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
