About the Role
Misogi Partners is partnering with a premier microtunneling EPC to recruit a Project Engineer for a significant stormwater system upgrade project commissioned by Dubai Municipality. This position is based in Dubai within the infrastructure sector focused on trenchless technologies such as NDRC and microtunneling.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in the daily management and execution of the Dubai Municipality stormwater project.
- Oversee site activities related to stormwater pipeline installations, microtunneling operations, shaft, and manhole constructions.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, method statements, and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
- Manage site documentation including raising and closing Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and compliance with NOC conditions.
- Maintain accurate site records to support progress tracking, variation claims, and payment applications.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience working within Dubai.
- Approvals from RTA and Dubai Municipality for NDRC/Microtunneling projects.
- Proven hands-on experience with wet utilities engineering and drainage systems.
- Experience delivering stormwater infrastructure projects from a contractor’s perspective.

The role is based onsite in Dubai, UAE. The project focuses on advanced trenchless construction technologies and involves direct coordination with regulatory bodies such as Dubai Municipality and Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).
